Dillon Jackson joined the RSG Hockey scouting staff after concluding his junior hockey career, bringing a current player’s perspective and a deep understanding of the North American development pathway. A native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Dillon grew up immersed in one of the country’s strongest hockey communities, playing both AAA and high school hockey before competing in the SJHL with the Estevan Bruins. He also serves as a scout in the USHL with the Waterloo Black Hawks while pursuing his education at the University of North Dakota.
In addition to scouting, Dillon is passionate about player development, leading youth power skating programs throughout the winter and summer. His experience working directly with young athletes has strengthened his ability to identify talent, refine skating mechanics, and mentor players as they progress through the game.
At RSG Hockey, Dillon is committed to helping athletes navigate every stage of their hockey journey. Combining firsthand playing experience, a keen eye for talent, and a genuine passion for player development, he strives to provide families with trusted guidance and help each athlete maximize their potential both on and off the ice.
